Having successfully sold three prior homes "For Sale By Owner", my husband and I have had little experience working with a Real Estate Agent from the seller's point of view. When it was time to sell our home in Charlotte, we put our "For Sale By Owner" sign out as we had done in the past and waited for our phone to ring.
