We put your home on the local Multiple Listing Service – This is where most buyers will find your home.  As 80% of buyers use an agent when buying a home, it is absolutely essential that you are on the local MLS if you are serious about selling your home.  You are listed in the MLS via our laptop computer before we leave your home.  Through this real estate database, over 20,000 real estate agents and their buyers will know your home is for sale, get a detailed description of the property, see six photographs of your home, and know exactly what real estate commission you are willing to pay a real estate agent to bring you a home buyer – usually 2–3% of the sales price*.  And because of the savings on the listing side, you can get aggressive and offer 4% to the buyer's agent if you choose!  We take pride in the way we list your property on the MLS.  We meticulously fill in every blank to make sure that your listing is pulled and shown when a buyer’s agent's search criteria matches your property’s features.  We also add six photos to the listing so that agents can see more features of your home.

6.  A "For Sale By Owner" website –  Most agents limit their internet marketing to the MLS and a basic ad on Realtor.com.  We don't care how your buyer finds you, so we also put you on a "For Sale By Owner" website as part of our service.

7. Relocation companies' websites – You will be marketed to anyone moving into the area.

Virtual Tour Slide Show -  $49. This Tour includes multiple still shots, a virtual tour link on MLS and the Realtor.com "Spinning Red House".  You will also be able to be searched through Realtor.com's alliances with Internet Portals (Such as AOL.com, Compuserv.com, Netscape, MSN, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Sun Times, just to name a few). You can use your photos on your flyers and even print a flyer from their website. 

We take the photos - Multiple photos for $49.  Pictures are taken at the initial appointment.

Take you to the competition - We can give you a comprehensive overview of your competition.  The overview will consist of taking you to see five competitor homes on the market in your area.  The cost is $149 for 1.5 hours.

Flexible payment options - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash as payment for our services.

Cancellation policy:  If we should need to reschedule your appointment 2 times at your request, we will not be able to visit you in person.  Your appointment will be handled via a phone appointment.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
