We spend hours marketing your home.  The work that we do customizing your 6-photo ad on Realtor.com alone is worth our one-time fee.  Your ad will stand apart from the others.  We also go the extra mile by putting your home on a "For Sale by Owner" website.  We promote your property on the FSBO site to ensure you have maximum exposure and the best chance for a sale.  Traditional real estate agents would not put your success over their own vanity.  Then we add six pictures to your listings on MLS, a practice not common with most agents.  We create and produce all of these ads and update your information periodically.
7. We offer a commission rebate when you use us to purchase your next house.  We will refund your $499 fee upon the close of the purchase of your next property when we are used as the buyer’s agent.
